It’s Chris Redfield‼
この記念の回に、なんと！ このオレがMCを務めるぜ♪」
And guess what? I’ll be your MC for this special anniversary episode! ♪”
「えーっ⁉ オレを知らない～⁉ バイオ８とは別人みたいだって～⁉」
“What⁉ You don’t know who I am～⁉ You’re saying I look like a completely different person from the one in Resident Evil 8～⁉”
「そ…そりゃあ、そうよ💦 初代バイオから何年、月日が経っていると思っているんだい？💧
“W-well, of course I do! 💦 Just how many years do you think have passed since the original Resident Evil came out? 💧
25歳のオレと40代半ばのオレ…さすがに外見も変わるでしょうよ？………苦労も多いし💧」
The 25-year-old me and the me in my mid-40s… Naturally, our appearances are going to change, right? …I’ve been through a lot, too. 💧”

「え？ …変わりすぎ⁉ ………しかも40代のオレは、人間離れしている～⁉
“Huh? …I’ve changed TOO much⁉ …And you’re saying the 40-something me looks less than human～⁉

それに気付いていないクリスが不憫で、何も言えないオーディエンス💧)
(The truth is that ever since Resident Evil 5, Chris has become so ridiculously muscular that people have started calling him “Gorill-IS” behind his back. The audience feels sorry for Chris, who has no idea about this nickname, and nobody has the heart to tell him. 💧)

今回のテーマは【スイーツパラダイスの王子様♡】！

「どうも～、バイオ4レオンだよ？
“Hey there～! It’s Leon from Resident Evil 4!
4月になって、新生活…みんな、いかがお過ごしかな？
April is here, and everyone’s starting a new chapter in life… How’s everyone doing?
今回のMCは、な、な、なんと！ あのクリス・レッドフィールド‼
And our MC this time is… d-d-drumroll, please! The one and only Chris Redfield‼
オレがポリスアカデミーにいた頃からの、憧れの人だぜ
He’s been someone I’ve looked up to ever since my days at the police academy!
なんせ、ラクーン警察署にある特殊警官〈S.T.A.R.S.〉の花形隊員だからな！
After all, he’s one of the elite members of S.T.A.R.S., the special forces unit at the Raccoon City Police Department!
〈洋館事件〉にも興味があったが、クリスがいたからこそ…オレはこのラクーン警察署に配属志願したって言っても過言ではないんだ…。
I was interested in the Mansion Incident, too, but it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that Chris was the reason I applied to be assigned to the Raccoon City Police Department in the first place…
でも、実際会ってみたら………クリスは、意外と天然な男だね💧
But when I actually met him……… I discovered that Chris is a surprisingly absent-minded guy. 💧
任務中はさすがにビシッとしているが、普段のクリスはちょっと抜けていて、お茶目で…そのギャップが良くて、親しみやすくて最高なんだ♪
He’s all business when he’s on a mission, of course, but in his everyday life, he can be a little scatterbrained and playful…
That contrast makes him so approachable and endearing! I think he’s the best! ♪
…だが、ルーキーのオレの名前なんて…忘れちゃっているけどね💧」
…Though he’s already forgotten the name of a rookie like me. 💧”
(何度かラクーン警察署内で会っているのに…) ←まぁ、IF話ですけどね…💧
(Even though they’ve run into each other several times at the Raccoon City Police Department…)

今回は、王子になりきってみたよ♪
This time, I decided to transform myself into a prince! ♪
何処の国の王子かって？
A prince from which country, you ask?
オレが持っている〈プリンアラモード〉と〈籠いっぱいのクロワッサンとワイン〉！
Well, look at what I’m holding: a pudding à la mode and a basket full of croissants and wine!
スイーツの国から来た王子だよ♡ イェーイ！」
I’m a PRINCE from the Kingdom of Sweets! ♡ Yeah～!”

「あ～、春だな～。桜も散ったし…こんな格好して、なにやってんだ、オレ…💧」
“Ahhh… it’s spring. The cherry blossoms have already fallen… What am I even doing dressed like this? 💧”

(Leon gazes into the distance.)

「…まぁ、いっか！ …春だし‼
“…Oh, well! Whatever! It’s spring, after all‼
今回はこんな突拍子もない格好も出来ちゃうオレ…どうだったかな？
So, what did you think of me this time? I’m the kind of guy who can pull off even an outrageous outfit like this!

That long fringe… those sharp-looking eyes with the visible whites beneath the irises… that handsome, gentle-looking face, completely opposite to mine…

I feel like I’ve met him somewhere before…?

「って、そんなはずないよな！ オレが一回会った人を忘れるなんてことないし‼
“But that can’t be right!
There’s no way I’d forget someone I’d met before‼

It’s not like I can’t remember his name or anything!
