Hello, everyone♪
前回は、古びたトロッコに乗り、村人たちやチェーンソー男との最後のアトラクションを楽しんだレオン。
Let’s time, Leon took a ride on an old, rickety minecar and enjoyed one last thrilling attraction with the villagers and the chainsaw-wielding man.
そのスリルから無事生還し、大きな塔の内部にやっと辿り着いたのでした。
After somehow surviving the ride, he finally made it inside the huge tower.
では、今週も「トレジャーハンターレオン」(バイオ４攻略日記)…スタートで～す！
And now, it’s time to kick off this week’s “Treasure Hunter Leon” (my Resident Evil ４ walkthrough) ！
↑の廊下をまっすぐ進むと…、
If you head straight down the hallway above…
巨大なサラザール像がそびえ立っていました。
A gigantic statue of Salazar towered over him.
高さにしたら…ガンダムくらい(約18ｍ) ？…いや、それ以上ありそう💧
As for its height…about as tall as a Gundam (around 18 meters/59 feet) ？…No, it looks even taller💧
近くにあった２つの花瓶から、↑それぞれGET！
I got items from each of the two vases nearby！
サラザール像の前を通り過ぎようとすると、次に進むための水辺を渡る足場が沈んでしまいました。
As Leon tried to pass by the statue of Salazar, the platforms he needed to cross the water sank beneath him.
そして、突然流れ出す不気味な戦闘曲💦
Then, suddenly, a creepy battle theme started playing💦
どうやら、信徒たちがレオンを待ち構えていたようです。
Apparently, the cultists had been waiting for Leon.
しかも、何故か(左手だけ)動き出すサラザール像💧
And for some reason, only the statue’s left hand starts moving💧
その手に乗って、建物の中をエレベーターのように上下して、さっきの足場を元に戻さないといけないようです。
Apparently, Leon has to ride on its hand and use it like an elevator, going up and down inside the building to restore the platforms he passed earlier.
今は２階部分に掛かる梯子しか行けないので、それを登ると…またボーっと突っ立っている信徒の姿が！
Right now, the only ladder I can reach is the one leading up to the second floor, so I climb it…and there’s another cultist just standing there, completely oblivious！
ロス・イルミナドス教の信徒たちって、無防備な人が多すぎない？
Aren’t there way too many member of the Los Illuminados cult who leave themselves wide open like this？
教育がなってないよ、サドラー⁉
You really need to teach your followers some discipline, Saddler.
だったら…、
Well, in that case…
片膝つかせてからの～、
Make him drop to one knee, and then…
ハイッ！
Take that！
ハイッ‼
Take that!!
ハァ～イッ‼
And another one！
じゃあ、オレが教育してやるよ！…と言わんばかりのベリィ・トゥ・ベリィ３連発‼
It’s like Leon is saying, “All right, I’ll teach you a lesson！”ー followed by three back-to-back Belly-to-Belly takedowns!!
レオン…、教育の意味、間違ってるよ…💧
Leon, I think you’ve got the wrong idea about what “teaching someone a lesson” means…💧
難なく、近くにいた信徒たちを駆逐しました。
He had no trouble taking out the cultists nearby.
次は、サラザール像の左手に乗って、向こう側の台に飛び移ります♪
Next, Leon rides on the Salazar statue’s left hand and jumps over to the platform on the other side♪
すると、サラザール像の真ん中(胸元)前に辿り着きます。
This brings him to the area right in front of the middle of the statue, around its chest.
その時、像の胸のスイッチを切り替えると、像の左手は止まり、右手だけが動き出します。
When he flips the switch on the statue’s chest, its left-hand stops moving, and only the right hand starts to move.
像の右手に乗る前に、水辺の奥にある出口のカギをライフルで撃ち落としておきましょう。
Before riding on the statue’s right hand, let’s use the rifle to shoot down the key to the exit at the far end of the water.
その理由は後で分かりますが…今の時点では「備えあれば憂いなし」とだけ言っておきます。
You’ll find out why later, but for now, let’s just say, “Better safe than sorry.”
右手に乗って、右の建物に飛び移った後、下の階から律儀に梯子を登ってきた赤ローブにベリィ・トゥ・ベリィ。
After riding on the statue’s right-hand and jumping over to the building on the right, Leon gives a Berry-to-Berry to a red-robed cultist who dutifully climbed all the way up the ladder from the floor below.
その赤ローブ信徒から5,000ペセタも貰えました♪
That red-robed cultist even dropped a whopping 5,000 pesetas！
その下の階に降りると、レバーがあるので操作してみると、
When we go down to the floor below, there’s a lever, so let’s see what happens when we pull it…
足場が１つ戻りました。
One of the platforms has been restored.
でも、あと1つ戻さないと次に進めないみたい…。
But it looks like we need to restore one more before we can move on…
すると、上から信徒３人が降ってきます💦
Then, three cultists come dropping down from above💦
今週も「燃やしてみた」画像がバッチリ撮れました💧
I managed to get another perfect shot for this week’s “Let’s see what happens if we burn them” collection.
また右手に乗って、３階部分に登ると…、なんとサラザール像の背中に行けます。
We ride the right-hand again and go up to the third floor…and, surprisingly, we can make our way to the back of the Salazar statue.
その背中にあるレバーを切り替えると、像の両手が動き出し、これで左右の建物の全部の階に行けるようになりました。
Flipping the lever on its back makes both of the statue’s hands start moving, allowing us to reach every floor of both buildings.
両手が同時に上下左右動いてます。
Both of the statue’s hands are moving up, down, left, and right at the same time.
その手に飛び乗って、左手側の建物３階部分にもう１つのスイッチがあるので、レバーを操作。
Jump onto one of its hands and head over to the third floor of the building on the left, where there’s another switch.
Pull the lever to activate it.
すると、全ての足場が上がり、向こうの扉に行けるようになりました。
The platforms all rise, allowing us to reach the door on the other side.
そのあと、信徒たちが増援してきますが…無視無視！
Then, more cultists show up as reinforcements, but…just ignore them, ignore them！
そのまま、あの扉まで行ってしまえ～って強引に突き進むと…、
I simply charge straight for that door, pushing my way through without looking back…and then…
な、なんと、サラザール像が独自で追ってきます！
W-Wait what？ The Salazar statue actually comes after Leon on its own！
動力どうなってんの～💦？
What on earth is powering this thing💦?!
もうここは現実離れしたファンタジーの世界のようです💧
At this point, it feels like we’ve left reality behind and entered a full-on fantasy world💧
扉のカギを予め撃ち落としておいたのは、このためだったのです！
…And this is exactly why we shot down the lock on the door beforehand！
…って、レオンの身体能力の高さよ💧…もう、すでに超人化してますね。
…But seriously, Leon’s physical abilities are something else💧
He’s already turned into a full-blown superhuman at this point.
そして、やっと辿り着いた塔の入り口の扉を進むと…、
And after finally making it to the entrance of the tower and going through the door…
サラザールくんがもう1人の側近を従え、待ち構えていました。
Salazar was waiting for Leon, accompanied by his other right-hand man.
あれこれあって、レオンの反撃で、手を負傷したサラザールくん。
After everything that happened, Salazar injured his hand when Leon fought back.
(ちょっとグロいシーンと禁止ワードが含まれていたので、音声入りでの動画のアップが許可されませんでした💧)

情けない声を上げながら、エレベーターに逃げ込み、上の階へと昇っていきます。
Letting out a pathetic cry, Salazar flees into the elevator and rides it up to the floor above.
その後を追おうと、レオンもエレベーターに乗り込もうとしますが、何故か中に入れません。
Leon tries to follow him and get into the elevator, but for some reason, he can’t get inside.
こちらの螺旋階段を登っていくしかないようです。
Looks like there’s no choice but to take this spiral staircase.
…とその前に、この隠れた宝箱から「イエローハーブ」GET！
…But first, let’s grab the Yellow Herb from this hidden treasure chest！
階段をある程度登ると、信徒たちが現れ、何やらレバーをガチャガチャしています。
Once Leon gets partway up the stairs, some cultists appear and start frantically fiddling with some kind of lever.
わぁ！ 上から大きな樽が転がってきました。
Whoa！ A huge barrel comes rolling down from above.
どうやらこれでレオンを押しつぶそうという魂胆のようです💧
Apparently, their plan is to crush Leon with it💧
さっき、ガチャガチャしていたのは、コレかぁ～
So this is what they were fiddling with that lever for
あ！ あそこに、操縦しているのが見えます。
Ah！ I can see the guy operating it over there.
隣にいる信徒と共に、ライフルで狙撃！
I take him out with the rifle, along with the cultist standing next to him！
すると、下から信徒たちの増援が！
Then, reinforcements of cultists come rushing in from below！
わ～い♪ 今度がこっちがこの装置で信徒たちを困らせちゃうぞ～！
Yay♪ This time, I’m gonna use this thing to give the cultists a hard time！
ガシャン！ ゴロゴロゴロ～‼
CLANG！ Rumble, rumble, rumble‼
階段の下の方から、信徒たちのヤラレ声が聞こえてきます💧
I can hear the cultists screaming in pain from farther down the stairs💧
まだ信徒の声がするので、一旦戻って、一番下まで降りてみると…ヤギの頭蓋骨を被った信徒のリーダーが佇んでいました。
I can still hear the cultists, so I head back down and go all the way to the bottom…where I find the cult leader standing there, wearing a goat skull mask.
キミもベリィ・トゥ・ベリィの餌食！
You’re going to be my next victim of a suplex！
…でも、さすがリーダーだけあって、１発では４なない！
…but I guess he’s the leader for a reasonー he doesn’t go down with just one hit!!
２回目のベリィ・トゥ・ベリィ…それでも立ち上がってくるヤギ信徒！
A second suplex…and the goat cultist still gets back up！
…カタすぎる💧
…He’s way too tough💧
その後、ナイフであの世に送ってあげました。
After that, I finished him off with my knife and sent him to the great beyond.
やっぱり、カタい分、持っている金額も高いですね♪
I guess the tougher they are, the more money they carry, too♪
階段を登りきったところに「グリーンハーブ」。
There’s a Green Herb waiting at the top of the stairs.
上からダイナマイトを投げてくる信徒を狙撃し、
I snipe the cultist throwing dynamite down from above,
ようやく、この荷物用エレベーターに乗ることが出来ました。
I can finally get on this freight elevator.
しかし、このままでは重量オーバーなので、大きな木箱を押して下に落とします。
However, the elevator is too heavy with crate on it, so I push the large wooden crate off the edge.
すると、ゆっくりエレベーターは昇り始めました。
The elevator then slowly starts to rise.
途中にいる後々厄介になるウザい弓矢信徒２人を倒すと、
After taking out the two annoying archers who’ll become a real pain later on,
今度は、上から直接…エレベーターに信徒たちが降ってきました💦
This time, the cultists come dropping straight down from above…right onto the elevator💦
最大４人降ってくるので、このままだとまた重量オーバーでエレベーターは止まってしまいます。
Up to four of them can drop down, and if I leave them there, the elevator will become too heavy and stop again.
中には、容赦なくプラーガ第２形態になる赤ローブがたくさん出てきます。
Among them are plenty of Red Robes who mercilessly transform into the second form of the Plaga.
なるべく、距離を取るためにエレベーターの角で戦いましょう。
To keep as much distance as possible, try fighting from the corner of the elevator.
攻撃の合間に、信徒たちが落とすアイテムを取りつつ、角→角を移動しながら、また攻撃を繰り返します。
In between attacks, pick up the items the cultists drop, moving from corner to corner while continuing to attack.
なんとか、このエレベーターで昇れる最上階まで来たようです。
Looks like I’ve finally made it to the highest floor this elevator can reach.
道の途中にある木箱から、アイテムを回収しつつ…道なりに移動。
I make my way along the path, picking up the items from the wooden crates along the way.
この位置にある宝箱は見落としやすいので注意！
Be careful not to miss this treasure chest－ it’s easy to overlook！
中から「金の腕輪」をGET!!
Inside, I find a Gold Bangle!!
高額とまではいかないけれど…これも大切な資金源♪
It’s not worth a huge amount of money, but…every little bit helps fund my adventure♪
道の突き当りに、さっきとは違うエレベーターが！
At the end of the path, there’s another elevator, different from the one earlier！
更に上に行けるようです。
Looks like I can go even higher.
エレベーターを降り、道なりに進むと…、
あ！ あのシルエットは‼ 久々の武器商人じゃーん♪
I get off the elevator and follow the path…Ah！ That silhouette!!
It’s the Merchant♪ Haven’t seen you in a while！
ここで、豆知識！
Here’s a little tip！
武器商人に会う直前に、弾をリロードしてはいけないのは皆さん、ご存じですか？
Did you know that you shouldn’t reload your ammo right before meeting the Merchant？
武器の「装弾数」を改造すると、MAXまで弾を補充してくれるんですよね♪
Whenever you upgrade a weapon’s capacity, the Merchant refills it to max ammo for free♪
しかも、改造費だけで弾の料金は掛からない！
And you don’t have to pay for the ammoー just the upgrade cost！
こう見えて武器商人…サービス精神旺盛ですね♪
The Merchant may not look it, but he’s actually pretty generous with his freebies♪
そして、いつものようにお宝・宝石類を売り、
And, as always, I sell all my treasures and gemstones,
前に、お金が足りなくて改造できなかった「マグナム」。
The Magnum was the only weapon I couldn’t upgrade before because I didn’t have enough money.
それを改造し終えると、今の時点で全ての武器改造が終わりました。
Now that I’ve finished upgrading it, all of my weapons are fully upgraded as far as I can take them at this point in the game.
↑これが今のアタッシュケース内の様子。
Here’s what my attaché case looks like right now.
ちょこちょこ回復しているので、イエローハーブ入りの回復薬をだいぶ消費しています。
Since I’ve been healing little by little along the way, I’ve used up quite a few healing items mixed with Yellow Herbs.
最初より、最大体力値が上がってきているのが分かりますね。
You can see that my maximum health has increased quite a bit compared to when I started.
どんな攻撃でも、体力半分持ってかれるくらい、高レベルの敵たちを相手しているので、消費が早いのは仕方がないことです💧
I’m dealing with high-level enemies that can take off about half my health with a single attack, so I guess it’s only natural that I’m going through healing items so quickly💧
武器商人とお別れし、大きな扉の先に進むと…なんと、祭壇のような場所でサラザールくんが祈りをささげていました。
I say goodbye to the Merchant and head through the large door…and there’s Salazar, praying at what looks like an altar.
「アシュリーは儀式を終え、新たな生け贄となるために孤島に移されました。」
“Ashley has completed the ritual and has been taken to the island to become the next sacrifice.”
サラザールはそう説明すると、とうとう最後の手段に出ました。
After explaining this, Salazar finally resorts to his last resort.
↑サラザールくん…側近とタッグで化け物になる～💦
Salazar…merges with his right-hand man and transforms into a monster💦
まさに女神〇生の魔獣合体みたいです💧
It’s basically like a demon fusion straight out of Shin Megami Tensei💧
こうなったら、サラザールくんを安らかに眠らせてあげるしか方法はありません。
At this point, the only thing I can do is put Salazar out of his misery and let him rest in peace.
側近の目を攻撃！
Attack the right-hand man’s eye！
…からの、喰らえ！ ただで拾ったロケットランチャー‼
…and now, take this！ A Rocket Launcher I picked up for free!!
ドーンッ！
BOOM！
は、早～💦 ロケランで秒殺されるサラザールくん💧
Th-that was fast💦 Salazar gets obliterated in seconds by the Rocket Launcher💧
サラザールが落とした50,000ペセタ。
The 50,000 pesetas dropped by Salazar.
やっぱり、他の敵たちより段違いの金額ですが…それに見合わない倒され方がまた彼らしい😅
As expected, it’s a lot more than what the other enemies carry…but the way he went down, completely out of proportion to the amount of money he was carrying, is so like him😅
この後、この場にある樽から、それぞれ弾や、回復類を忘れずに取りました。
After that, I made sure to collect the ammo and healing items from all the barrels in the area.
レオン「じゃあな、サラザール！ (結構面白いキャラだったけど)今までの行いをあの世で悔いてろよ。」
Leon: “Later, Salazar！ (You were actually a pretty entertaining character.)
Now go to the great beyond and repent for everything you’ve done.”
扉を出ると、久々に外気に触れました。
As I step outside, I finally get to feel the fresh air again after being indoors for so long.
このロープを伝えば、下に降りられるようです。
Looks like I can climb down using this rope.
軽々と下に降りるレオン。
Leon climbs down with ease.
…いつまでも疲れ知らずで元気だね💧
…He never seems to get tired. He’s still full of energy💧
下まで降りると、並んだ樽から久々にヘビが出ました💦
Once I get to the bottom, a snake finally pops out of one of the barrels lined up here💦
残念、白玉か～💧
Too badー it’s just a White Egg💧
ここからはロープでなく、エレベーターで降りられそうです。
From here, it looks like I can take the elevator down instead of using the rope.
下に参りま～す！
Going down～！
エレベーターを降り、道を進むと…あら、また武器商人！
I get off the elevator and continue down the path…Oh, another Merchant！
…しかし、キミたち武器商人は一体何人いるの？
…but seriously, how many of you merchants are there？
1人で行ったり来たり…、たくさんある店を切り盛りしてるわけじゃあないよね💧？
You’re not telling me there’s just one of you running back and forth between all these shops, are you💧？
いつも通り…拾ったお宝を売り、サラザールくんから貰った50,000ペセタも含め、結構…お金持ち♪
As always, I sell the treasures I’ve picked up, and with the 50,000 pesetas I got from Salazar, I’m pretty well-off now♪
「マシンピストル」の限定仕様以外、全て改造できました。
I was able to fully upgrade everything except the Machine Pistol’s exclusive upgrade.
そして、↑今現在のアタッシュケース内の様子。
And here’s what my attaché case looks like right now.
グリーンハーブ＋２が多いのは、１回でも攻撃されると体力が半分減らされるので、もう一撃で４なないための対策用。
I have quite a few Green Herbs combined in pairs.
Since a single hit can take away half my health, I keep them on hand, so I won’t die from the next hit.
武器商人の店を後にし、次へ向かう扉へ。
I leave the Merchant’s shop and head for the next door.
すると、ボートに人影が…！
Then I spot a figure on a boat！
エイダじゃ～ん♪
It’s Ada♪
「乗ってく？…ハンサムさん♡」…なんて大人な女性の誘い方💦
“Need a ride, handsome♡？”…What a smooth, grown-up way to ask a guy out💦
レオンの戸惑いながらの「OK～💧」が可愛い♡
Leon’s hesitant little “Okay～💧” is so cute♡
チャプター４‐４終了。

ドンドン敵の攻撃が過激化してきます💧
The enemies’ attacks are getting more and more brutal💧
