They’ve safely finished their visit to the Inner Shrine, and although it’s still early, they’re heading back to the hotel.
The reason they’re going back so soon is to enjoy the private bath they couldn’t book last night![]()
It’s first come, first served, so they made reservations right away when they got back, and again for 8p.m. after dinner♪
“Yay, bath time, bath time~♪”
Of course, Leon and Barry are heading to the ‘Bath of Happiness’ together!
“If you’re gonna take a picture, at least say so first

Then they returned to their rooms, packed up their things, and headed to the lobby.

Along the way through the ryokan district…
“Frog hina dolls…💦?”
“They really have that handmade feel, don’t they💧?”
“Return safely…huh.”
That’s perfect for us, heading home today!”
“So, you swap the sounds- ‘buji ‘ from ‘safe’ and ‘kaeru’ from ‘return’…and it becomes ‘Eruka’…?”
“Apparently, it turns into a beachgoer in the summer💧”
“I just love these kinds of local mascots
”
And with that, they arrive at Futamiura Station.
And with that, it’s time to say goodbye to Ise…
They take the Rapid Mieー just like on the way here- toward Nagoya Station.
“So, this is the last we’ll see of Ise’s scenery…”
“It feels kind of sad…”
“Two nights and three days just fly by, don’t they💧?”
“If we ever feel like coming back to Ise, let’s definitely come again as this group♪”

After about an hour and a half on the train, they arrive at Nagoya Station!
It’s just about lunchtime when they get there.
“I’ve already decided what we’re having for lunch today~♪”
“What are we having♪?”
“We had hitsumabushi on the first day. So, when it comes to Nagoya specialties, what else is there~?”
“Fried shrimp🍤?”

With a wide selection of Nagoya specialties and craft beer
, what Leon chose from the menu was miso katsu!!
“This is a must!”
“Oh? Didn’t we have that as a souvenir on the first day💧?”
“That was just a skewer meant as a souvenir. I wanted to properly enjoy the real thing at a restaurant!”
As for what Jill and Rebecca ordered…
Sizzling miso katsu on iron plate!
“It’s piping hot on the iron plate~

Miso-ton omurice!
“An omurice that makes you happyー both in taste and in looks
”

Miso katsu on top of omurice with demi-glace sauce!
It’s surprising how well the miso pairs with the demi-glace.
Even with such a hearty portion, it goes down so easily- it’s that good![]()
“Nagoya really is full of amazing food~♪
Let’s pick up as many other local specialties as we can as souvenirs!”

…However, photography is strictly prohibited beyond this point!
With a history spanning 1,900 years…Atsuta Shrine runs deep in time.
History…when it comes to Aichi, it’s got to be this manー Oda Nobunaga!!
“Lord Nobunaga from Samurai Warriors…he’s so handsome, I love him♡”
“That’s just a game’s portrayal💦”
“In reality, it’s more like that↑💧”
“Even so, he’d probably be happy being portrayed as handsome in modern times…💧”

Although the weather was nice, it was still bitterly coldー like midwinter.

“This really warms you up~♡”
“When it comes to red bean paste, chunky is the way to go♪!”
“I’m going for a matcha soft serve too~♪”
“Even in this cold? I can’t believe you can eat that💧”

That’s a promising start!

It looks like the other three got satisfying results as well♪
After that, they were planning to visit Nagoya Castle as well, but they ran out time💧
Busy as they are, it’s time for the four of them to head home.
“Is it already time to go home~💧?”
“Time flies when you’re having fun…”
“Still, we got to visit places we don’t usually get to go, and we ate a lot of great food- so I’m satisfied♪”
“Yeah♪ It was great going on another adventure with everyone we teamed up with in Dragon Quest Ⅲ ♪
