〈カードの詳細〉 Card details

数字の「８」…「８」は他人との統合や、物質世界と精神世界とのバランスがとれることを示しています。

The number ８…’８’ represents integration with others and achieving balance between the material world and the spiritual world.

無限大のマーク…「魔術師のカード」でも描かれている無限大のマークと共通の記号で「魔術師のカード」と「力のカード」は同等の強さがあることを表しています。

The infinity symbol…It is the same symbol depicted on The Magician card, and it signifies that The Magician and the Strength card possess equal power.

白い服…本物のタロットカードでは、中央に女性が描かれているのですが、それをレオンに描き替えました。

White clothing…In the original tarot card, a woman is depicted at the center, but I replaced her with Leon S. Kennedy.

レオンが着ている白い服は純真無垢、神聖さ、純潔を表しています。

The white outfit Leon is wearing represents innocence, sacredness, and purity.

山…背景の山は青色で描かれています。

Mountains…The mountains in the background are depicted in blue.

青色は高い精神を象徴し、目指す目標、目的地を示しています。

Blue syｍbolizes high spirituality and represents the goal or destination one aims for.

そこに至るまでは長い道のりなので、忍耐力や自己鍛錬が必要であることを表しています。

Since the journey to reach it is long, it signifies the need for patience and self-discipline.

巨大ワニ…本物のタロットカードでは獅子(ライオン)が描かれていることで有名ですね。

Giant alligator…In the original tarot, card, it is famously depicted with a lion.

ライオンはパワフルでアクティブな人間の動物的本能や強い衝動、野性的な欲求などを表しています。

A lion represents powerful and active human animal instincts, strong impulses, and wild desires.

それをバイオ２・RE２でお馴染みの巨大ワニに描き替えてみました♪

I decided to replace it with the familiar alligator from Resident Evil 2/RE２♪

「ライオン」を「リッカー」に変えてくると思った方も多かったんじゃないでしょうか？

Some of you might have expected me to swap the ‘lion’ for Licker instead, right？

でも、前回の「戦車のカード」で登場しましたし、「力のカード」ということで、よりパワフルな生物→あの巨大ワニの方が先に頭に浮かんでしまいました😅

But since it already appeared in the previous Chariot card, and because this is the Strength card, when I thought of a powerful creature, that giant alligator came to mind first😅

今回はバイオ２・RE２の巨大ワニの大きさに困ってしまいましたが、なんとか枠に収まるように小さめに描きました。

This time, I struggled with the sheer size of the giant alligator from Resident Evil ２/RE２, but I managed to draw it small enough to fit within the frame.

それでもはみ出しているけどね…💧

Even so, it’s still sticking out a bit…💧

「力のカード」にちなんで、巨大ワニのパワフルさを上手く表現できたと思います。

In keeping with the theme of the Strength card, I think I was able to successfully portray the powerful nature of the giant alligator.

それを制しているレオン…ゲーム内でも余裕に倒していましたよね♪

And Leon controlling it…he defeated it with ease in the game, didn’t he？♪

そんな場面も連想できる、素敵なタロットカードになりました～✨

It turned into a wonderful card that can even bring that scene to mind✨
