〈カードの詳細〉 Card detail
数字の10…「９」で完成した物事をさらに上へとステージアップさせる数字。
The number 10…a number that elevates what was completed at ９to the next.
そのための一旦の終了、区切りを意味しています。
For this reason, it signifies a temporary ending or a turning point.
鎌…農作物を刈る「鎌」。
The scythe…a tool used to harvest crops.
そのままの意味から、「収穫する」、「断ち切る」という意味があります。
From its literal meaning, it represents reaping or cutting something off.
そして、「断ち切る」という意味から、「突然のアクシデント」や「別離」など、ネガティブな意味に捉えられがちです。
Because of this idea of cutting, it is often interpreted in a negative wayー such as sudden accidents or separation.
でもそれは、さらなる成長のための痛みなので、次へのステップアップするには必要なことなのかもしれません。
However, this pain may be necessary for further growth, a step that leads to the next stage.
そして、英訳の「scythe」…これは麦などを刈る大鎌のことです。
In English, the word scythe refers to a large, long handled harvesting blade used for crops like wheat.
「sickle」は、小型の手持ち用の鎌のこと。
A sickle, on the other hand, is a smaller hand-held harvesting tool.
ルノルマンカードでは大鎌→「scythe」の方が正解なのです。
In Lenormand cards, the large scytheー scytheー is the correct term.
この鎌は死神が持つ鎌と同じものといわれいます。
It is also said to be the same kind of scythe carried by the Grim Reaper.
バイオ４＆RE:４の敵の黒ローブの信徒も持っていましたね。
You might remember enemies in black robes carrying one as well in Resident Evil ４ and RE:４.
なので、今回はレオンに死神のコスプレをしてもらいました💧
So, this time, I had Leon dress up as the Grim Reaper.
正式には…私が大好きなゲームクリエイター・須田51さんの「LET IT DIE」というゲームのナビゲーター・死神アンクル・デスさんのコスプレです♪
More precisely, he’s cosplaying as Uncle Death, the navigator Grim Reaper from the game LET IT DIE by my favorite game creator, Goichi “Suda51” Suda.
このアンクルさんの中の人が、俳優の浜野謙太さんで、ケーハクでcoolなアンクルさんのノリにピッタリ！ でした♪
The person behind Uncle Death is actor Kenta Hamano, and his laid- back yet cool vibe fit the character perfectly.
2017年発売のゲームですが…今でも、私の大好きなゲームキャラのひとりです♡
The game was released in 2017, but Uncle Death is still one of my favorite game characters. ♡
ダイヤのジャック…この「10番・鎌のカード」は、トランプの「ダイヤのジャック」と共通の意味を持っています。
Jack of Diamonds…This ‘No.10: Scythe’ card shares a common meaning with the Jack of Diamonds in playing cards.
ジャックは若い男性の象徴。
The Jack symbolizes a young man.
ダイヤは物質や金銭を表しています。
Diamonds represent material things and money.
安定感や着実性がありますが…若さからか、金銭トラブルや散財する…という意味もあります。
It suggests stability and steady progress, but because of youthful energy, it can also indicate financial trouble or spending money carelessly.
