〈カードの詳細〉 Card details

数字の「18」…「18」は「1」と「8」から成り立っており、２つを足した数の「9」は内側へのエネルギーを意味しています。

The number 18…’18’ is made up of ‘１’ and ‘８,’ and when added together, they from ‘９,’ a number that represents inward-focused energy.

月…月は三日月・半月・満月と満ち欠けを繰り返し、太陽に対して陰の存在であり、不安定であいまいなもの、または変化するものと表されています。

The Moon…The moon goes through its phasesー crescent, half, and fullー repeating its cycle of waxing and waning.

In contrast to the sun, it represents the yin aspect, symbolizing instability, ambiguity, and constant change.

本物のタロットカードでは、月は何かを考え込むような表情で描かれています。

それをレオンに描き替えてみました♪

I reimagined it by replacing the moon with Leon instead♪

月の光…月の光の数は全部で32本あります。

The moonlight …There are a total of 32 rays of moonlight.

その数は、ユダヤ教発祥の神秘主義思想「カバラ」の教えを表した図「生命の樹」の天球の数10個と、22本の道を合わせた数です。

That number corresponds to the ten sephiroth and the twenty-two paths of the Tree of Life in Kabbalah.

左のケルベロスと右のコルミロス…本物のタロットカードでは、犬とオオカミが描かれています。

The Cerberus on the left and The Colmillos on the right…In traditional Tarot cards, a dog and a wolf are depicted.

犬は知的で文明的なもの、オオカミは野性的なものの象徴です。

それをバイオハザードでお馴染みのケルベロスとコルミロスに描き替えてみました♪

I reimagined them as the familiar Cerberus and Colmillos from the Resident Evil series♪

泉から這い上がるデルラゴ…本物のタロットカードでは、ザリガニが描かれています。

Del Lago crawling up from the spring…In traditional Tarot cards, a crayfish is depicted.

水は潜在意識を象徴し、そこから這い上がるデルラゴは不安や恐怖心を表しています。

Water symbolizes the subconscious, and Del Lago emerging from it represents anxiety and fear rising to the surface.

ゲーム上の大きさより随分小さくなってしまいましたが、ザリガニより狂暴です💧

It ended up much smaller than in the game, but it’s far more vicious than a crayfish💧

真ん中の道と洋館とラクーン警察署…泉から山の上まで続く細い道は、祝福を表す黄色で表されています。

The central path, the Mansion, and the Raccoon Police Department…The narrow path stretching from the spring up to the mountain is depicted in yellow, a color symbolizing blessing.

その道の途中には、あの「洋館」と「ラクーン警察署」が！

Along that path stand the iconic ’Mansion’ and the ’Raccoon Police Department.’

本物のタロットカードでは、この2つの建物は塔で描かれています。

In traditional Tarot cards, these two structures are shown as towers.

現実世界と精神世界を分けるゲートのようにそびえ立っています。

They rise like gates separating the physical world from the realm of the mind.

今回は、月の神秘性を活かした美しいカードになりました✨

This time, it became a beautiful card that fully embraces the mystique of the Moon✨

…レオン以外は、バイオの生物兵器たちですけど💧

…Though aside from Leon, it’s filled with Resident Evil’s bioweapons💧

その割には〈正位置〉だとあまり良くない意味で捉えられやすい、この「月のカード」。

Despite that, in its upright position, this ’Moon’ card is often interpreted in a rather negative light.
