〈カードの詳細〉 Card detail
数字の「17」…「17」は「1」と「7」で出来ている数字。
The number 17…’17’ is made up of ‘１’ and’７.’
「1」は始まり、「7」は新しい周期。2つを足した数「8」は物質世界と精神世界のバランスを表しています。
‘１’ represents beginnings, and ‘７’ signifies a new cycle.
When added together, they from ‘８,’ which symbolizes the balance between the material world and the spiritual realm.
全裸のレオン…本物のタロットカードでは、全裸の女性が描かれています。それをレオンに描き替えてみました。
A nude Leon S. Kennedy…In traditional Tarot cards, a nude woman is depicted.
I decided to redraw the figure as Leon instead.
ありのままの姿のレオンは、人間の精神そのものを表しています。
Leon in his natural, unadorned state represents the human spirit itself.
レオンの足元の陸地は「現実世界や顕在意識」、水は「感情や潜在意識」を表しています。
The land at Leon’s feet symbolizes the ‘physical world and conscious awareness,’ while the water represents ‘emotions and the subconscious.’
大きなS.T.A.R.S.のマークとちいさな７つのS.T.A.R.S.のマーク…本物のタロットカードでは、八芒星で描かれています。
The large S.T.A.R.S. emblem and the seven smaller S.T.A.R.S. emblems…In traditional Tarot cards, they are depicted as an eight-pointed star.
大きな星は「偉大な父」を表し、その周りにある小さな星はそれを守る精霊のように見えます。
The large star represents the ‘Great Father,’ while the smaller stars surrounding it appear like guardian spirits protecting it.
小さな星の数は７つで、「7」は神霊的な意味を持つ数字です。
The number of smaller stars is seven, and ‘７’ carries a sacred, spiritual meaning.
その星たちを(その名の通りの)S.T.A.R.S.マークに描き替えてみました♪
I reimagined those stars as (true to their name) S.T.A.R.S. emblems instead♪
水瓶から注がれる水…陸と水面に注がれた水は生命の水。
The water poured from the pitcher…The water flowing onto the land and into the pool is the water of life.
陸に注がれる生命の水は５本の道を描き、変化や五感を表しています。
The life-giving water poured onto the landforms five streams, symbolizing change and the five senses.
木にとまっている鳥…この鳥は「トキ」で「再生する鳥」といわれ、物事や人々の「希望」を表しています。
The bird perched on the tree…This bird is an ibis, known as a ‘bird of rebirth,’ symbolizing the hope of people and all things.
エジプト神話の知恵の神「トート」の象徴でもあります。
It is also a symbol of Thoth, the god of wisdom in Egyptian mythology.
今回は全面にレオンの全裸姿が描かれたカードになりました💦
