↑ふたご座をモチーフにしたレオン。
Leon, inspired by Gemini.
星座表のイラストのように、こん棒を持つ弟・ポルックス(左)と竪琴と弓矢を持つ兄・カストル(右)として描きました。
As in the constellation illustration, he’s depicted as the younger brother Pollux (left) holding a club, and the older brother Castor (right) holding a lyre and bow.
上のスペースには、こちらから見て左には「ふたご座」、右には星座マークを入れてみました
In the space above, I placed Gemini to Leon’s left and the constellation symbol to his right, from our perspective.
背景は、風星座にちなんでパステルイエローに♪

【ふたご座♊】
Gemini…１等星のβ星ポルックス、２等星のα星カストルがある星座。
Gemini…The constellation includes the １st-magnitude star β Pollux and the ２nd-magnitude star α Castor.
古来からこの２つの明るい星は、ギリシャ・ローマの時代のみならず、バビロニアや日本でも双子や夫婦などのペアとして見なされていました。
Since ancient times, these two bright stars have been seen as pairs－ twins or couples－ not only in Greek and Roman times but also in Babylon and Japan.
ギリシャ神話では、大神ゼウスがスパルタの王妃レダに恋をし、美しい白鳥に化けて彼女の元を訪れ、その２人の間に生まれた双子が「ふたご座」のカストルとポルックスなのです。
In Greek mythology, the god Zeus fell in love with Queen Leda of Sparta, transformed into a beautiful swan, and visited her.
The twins born from their union are Castor and Pollux of the Gemini constellation.
柔軟宮…季節の移り変わりの時期にある星座のことを指します。
