〈カードの詳細〉 Card details
ペンタクルの６…「６」は「調和」や「共生」を表す数字。
The number ‘６’ …represents harmony and coexistence.
ペンタクル(金貨)は物質的な豊かさや現実的な考えを表した「地のエレメント」。
Pentacles correspond to the element of Earth, symbolizing material abundance and practical thinking.
ペンタクルの６は、描かれている３人が調和の取れた平等な関係であることを意味しています。
The Six of Pentacles signifies that the three people depicted have a harmonious and balanced relationship.
中央にいる赤い服のレオン…とても裕福そうなレオンが、貧しい人々にお金を分け与えています。
Leon in red at the center…A very wealthy-looking Leon is distributing money to the poor.
レオンの着ている服が赤いことから、「情熱」や「自主性」を意味していて、レオン自らの意志で、この慈善活動をしているのです。
The red color of his clothing symbolizes passion and autonomy, showing that he is carrying out this charitable act of his own volition.
レオンから施しを受けるケビンとマービン…一見、レオンがケビンとマービンより上の立場にいるように見えますが、そうではありません。
Kevin and Marvin receiving charity from Leon…At first glance, it may seem that Leon is in a superior position to Kevin and Marvin, but that is not the case.
レオンは、ケビンたちにお金を分け与えることで心を満たし、ケビンたちはお金を受け取ることで、自分たちの生活を満たしています。
By giving money, Leon fulfills his own heart, while Kevin and Marvin fulfill their lives by receiving it.
お互いにサポートする側とされる側で利益が合致し、バランスの取れた…ある意味、平等な関係なのです。
Their roles of giver and receiver align in mutual benefit, creating a balanced…and in a sense, equal relationship.
レオンの持つ天秤…天秤は「平等」、バランスが取れていることを表します。
The scales held by Leon…The scales represent equality and balance.
３人の関係がバランスの取れた平等なものを示しています。
They show that the relationship among the three is balanced and fair.
レオンは、この天秤でお金を測り、自分が必要な分以外を２人に分け与えています。
Leon uses the scales to measure money, giving Kevin and Marvin only what remains after keeping what he needs for himself.
つまり、ケビンたちに手厚すぎるお節介なほどのサポートをしているわけではないのです。
In other words, he isn’t overbearing or excessively meddlesome in his support.
見返りを求めないこの余裕の態度こそが、まさに本物の慈善ですね。
This generous attitude, without expecting anything in return, is true kindness.
