それでは細かな解説をしていきます。

Now, let’s go into a more detailed explanation.

数字の「5」…「5」はあらゆることを変化させ、ものごとを力強く発展させていくという意味があります。

The number ５…’５’ signifies change and the powerful development of all things.

男性性を表す「3」と女性性を表す「2」が合わさって、誕生する人間そのものを表していると言われています。

It is said to represent humanity itself, born from the union of ‘３’ symbolizing masculinity, and ‘２’ symbolizing femininity.

背後の２本の柱…以前紹介した「女教皇」のカードの柱とは違い、広く多く…公に対して教えが説かれる場所として示しています。

The two pillars behind him…Unlike the pillars on the previously introduced’ High Priestess’ card, these represent a place where teachings are preached openly and to a wider audience.

柱の奥は聖域とされています。

The space beyond the pillars is considered sacred.

本物のタロットカードでは「白いユリ」が彫刻されており、この場所が教会であることを表しています。

On the original Tarot card, while lilies are carved into them, indicating that this place is a church.

今回はそれを、「ラクーン警察署のマーク」に変えてみました。

This time, I replaced them with the Raccoon Police Department emblem.

２つの鍵…本物のタロットカードでは金色の鍵は「太陽と超意識」、銀色の鍵は「月と潜在意識」を表しています。

The two keys…On the original Tarot card, the golden key represents ‘the Sun and the superconscious,’ while the silver key represents ‘the Moon and the subconscious.’

この鍵で、天国への扉が開かれると言われています。

It is said that these keys open the gates of heaven.

そのカギをバイオハザードでお馴染みの「クローバーの鍵」と「ダイヤの鍵」に変えてみました。

I replaced them with the familiar ‘Clover Key’ and ‘Diamond Key’ from Resident Evil.

三重十字の杖…「法王」だけが使うことのできる杖。

The triple cross staff…A staff that only ‘The Hierophant’ is permitted to wield.

法王が威厳を保ち、精神的な支配をする存在ということを象徴しています。

It symbolizes the Hierophant’s authority and his role as a figure who maintains dignity and exercises spiritual leadership.

今回も杖の先に「ラクーン警察署のバッジ」を乗せてみました。

This time as well, I placed the Raccoon Police Department badge at the tip of the staff.

三重の王冠…三位一体、「父と子と聖霊」を意味しています。

The triple crown…It represents the Holy trinity－ ‘the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

この冠を被ることが精神的に最も高位の存在であることを示しています。

Wearing this crown signifies the highest spiritual authority.

法王にひれ伏している人々…法王の偉大さを表しています。

The people bowing before the Hierophant…They represent his greatness.

今回は(私の漫画ではお馴染みの)左・マービン、右・ケビンがひれ伏しています。

This time, in my comic’s usual fashion, Marvin is on the left and Kevin is on the right, bowing before him.

２人の後頭部は当時の信者のように剃られています😅 ザビエってますね～✨ …神聖な光がほとばしってます♪

The backs of their heads are shaved like believers of that era😅

Very Xavier-esque, wouldn’t you say？✨

…Holy light is radiating everywhere♪

本当は「法王」役は立場上マービンがやるべきですが………、まぁ、タイトルは「レオンのタロットカード」ですからね！

Originally, given his position, Marvin should be the one playing the role of the ‘Hierophant’…but well, the title is ‘Leon’s Tarot Cards,’ after all, right？

あくまでも主役はレオン！ …ケビンは反発しそうですが、…これでいいのだ～♫

Leon is the main character, no matter what！

…Kevin might object, but…this will do♪
